About this Parachute
Story
We are the Climate Action Student Club at Churchill High School (ages 15-17). We are trying to take action to help stop climate change and change the way people think about our planet. During our meetings we talk about current environmental issues and how we can work to change them for a more positive and sustainable future. This is our first year as a club, but we hope to continue to raise awareness, educate others, and come up with solutions to help environmental problems even more next year. We chose the theme “Get back to our roots” because we feel like it is time to return to more simple and sustainable ways of doing things. -Erin Crews, Science/AVID teacher
