About this Parachute
Story
Youth leaders, inventors, activists, creators and artists can start building climate ventures (business models and lifestyles that are good for the climate, economy and humanity) and creating target actions (actions that reduce emissions or increase human connections). I want to work through schools and teachers and other mentors but I want the students to lead it. The Youth Climate Economy Ventures Hub is just about ready to go. I'm not going to have any big massive one-time thing, just something that has monthly themes and keeps going throughout hopefully the entire year. Would it be possible to get some of the parachutes sent over? I'd like to get them out to some local groups. I got that money from the local art group so I'll be using that to work on getting art projects going over the next couple of months. In March I want to focus in on Fridays for Future and all the work you all have done. I want to show students out there how you stood up at the UN and bravely used your voice. One of the most important things in our world right now is to stop using fossil fuels so I want to inspire students to come up with ideas for that. Maybe it would be better to have something other than a monthly focus, make it more weekly like you're already doing. I'd love to hear any ideas you might have!
