About this Parachute
Story
My name is Kristin and I am the Visual Arts Coordinator for the City of Sunnyvale, California. Each year we do a large children’s art festival with 30+ hands-on workshops led by artists. This year, the Sunnyvale Arts Commission has chosen to do two parachutes for the Parachutes for the Planet project. There will be an estimated 300-500 children who will be contributing to the “Sunnyvale Parachutes” and we will have handouts on the Parachutes for the Planet project available the day of the event.
