Certification of Organizations
In order to receive an acknowledgement plaque from MEP, an organization needs to meet the following criteria:
1. SUBSTANTIATE SUSTAINABILITY: An organization must be able substantiate that their product or service has a significant element of sustainability. This culminates in submitting a Summary of Sustainability, which would be posted on this MEP webpage to promote the organization’s focus and commitment to sustainability.
2. PROMOTE SUSTAINABILITY: An organization must significantly promote sustainability as part of their outreach and marketing. This includes demonstrating an effort to encourage other organizations to focus on sustainability issues.
